SHIPPING POLICY

Engines are prepared for transport with exposed ports protected and the assembly secured to an appropriate pallet or heavy-duty shipping base. Freight pricing depends on engine size, shipping region, available carrier service and the receiving site's unloading equipment. Residential destinations may require a liftgate and appointment. Before dispatch, confirm the full receiving address and provide a reachable contact who can coordinate unloading. Check the engine and packaging at arrival, photograph punctures, broken straps or other apparent damage, and preserve the freight documentation. If damage is suspected, do not start or install the assembly until the situation has been reviewed. Delivery schedules are carrier estimates, and freight surcharges caused by customer-requested changes may be passed through where disclosed.
