RETURN POLICY

A purchaser may request a return review within 14 calendar days of delivery if the engine is not the stated application or has a documented material defect present when received. Begin the request before removing identification marks or disassembling the engine, and submit the invoice, engine-code photos and a concise diagnostic report. We may ask for additional information to determine whether an issue concerns the supplied assembly, external accessories or the installation process. An eligible confirmed error is remedied with a suitable replacement or refund according to the sale terms and applicable law. Buyers ordering an incompatible engine without completing VIN verification may be responsible for return freight if a discretionary return is approved. Fluids, gaskets, tuning, towing and independently purchased labor are not automatically covered. This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights.
